We are currently delivering to the UK. Any changes to our delivery policy will be updated here.

 

When placing an order, we offer 2 delivery options; standard delivery & speedy delivery. 

For UK based customers, when using our standard delivery service, your order will typically take 3-5 business days to arrive and prices range from £0.90 - £3.95 dependant on the size of the products ordered. All UK orders over £50 will receive the standard delivery service free of charge and this offer will be added to your basket upon checkout.

We also offer a speedy delivery service. When using the speedy delivery service your order will typically take 1-2 business days to arrive and prices range from £1.45 - £8.95 dependant on the size of the products ordered.

If you are overseas and would like to order a Palm & Wild product, please email us and we will see what we can do.

 

If you need something urgently or quicker than our standard or speedy delivery options, please contact us and we will try our best to help.

 

Returns Policy

Here at Palm & Wild, we always want you to be happy with your new art, so if for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for a replacement or full refund.

If for any reason your item does not arrive in the promised condition, please contact us with a photo of the damaged artwork and we can arrange a replacement.
